I started the program on 11/9/2016. My goal was to lose 67 lbs.

What have you learned? 

I have learned appropriate serving sizes and also the "right" things to eat.  I truly believe in a low carb lifestyle.  It makes so much sense.  I have also learned that I am capable of just about anything if I put my mind to it.  I had tried just about everything in the past to lose weight but did not stick with it when I did not see results as quickly as I would like.  This program does take sacrifice and determination.  Its not just a diet but a lifestyle change.

Tell us about your experience.

I started the program on 11/9/2016.  My goal was to lose 67 lbs.  I consistently lost an average of about 2-3 lbs each week through May 2017.  Many people lose 5+ lbs per week so my journey was a bit slower than some others.  Everyone is different and it was frustrating at the beginning but I was making progress.  I stuck with it.  In May, I was within 2 lbs of my goal but my weight was stable so I graduated from the program and am now on the maintenance phase.  I have since accomplished my goal.

What you’d say to someone considering the program?

The team is amazing!  The support is great.  Its not just a diet but a lifestyle change.  Its not a quick fix.  If you are ready to make the change, this is the program for you.  It is not easy; it is work.  It takes determination.  But if you put forth the effort and commit to it, then you will see results.  Rachel, Taylor and Ally want you to succeed.  They are not just there for the weight loss part but want you to a learn a new relationship with food and exercise.  They hold you accountable in a helpful and positive way.  There is no judgement.

How do you feel now? 

I feel great!  I am so glad that I made the decision to do this program.  I have so much more energy.  I have also learned to love myself a little more.  I have taken more pride in my appearance than I did before.  As a mom and a wife, I have also learned its OK to be a little selfish and take time for myself to improve my health.
